Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore

This recipe comes to me from Ginamarie on Best of Boards.  BoB is a resource for direct sales consultants (which I was once upon a time).  One of the premium forums is a recipe forum and this recipe can be found there.  It is wonderfully delicious!

3 lbs. Chicken Breast
½ cup Chicken Broth
¼ cup Flour
1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms (Quartered)
1 (14.5 oz) can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes (I do not drain the sauce - it all goes in)
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 medium Onion (Chopped)
EVOO (2 tbs.)
Dried Basil (2 tbs.)
Dried Oregeno (2 tbs.)
Tyme (1 tbs)
Salt/Pepper to taste
Place chopped onions on bottom of crock pot. Layer chicken over onions. Add remaining ingredients, turn on low for 8 hours and enjoy when finished!

Do not worry about mixing anything as you layer the ingredients. All simmers and mixes beautifully as dinner cooks.
